- You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.

- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
